get a story that was wrote, well, today. I did it with a friend and every other paragraph is mine. Get it? Good. Here we go, I start (warning, it is very raw, no editing at all):

ah, a silent one. always peaks my curiosity. no name? well then, i guess well have to shoot it out. your death certificate should answer my questions. more dust rises as i mosey back to my horse. your piercing eyes give me the feeling i've finally met my match. "tomorrow morning at sundown." I shout as i ride away and disappear down the dirt road, paved by random travelers over the past few decades. strange how people tend to follow those before them. i think i'll take a different way home. i turn my trusty horse off the beaten path and down the hillside as i look back and see the top of the stranger's hat disappear over the hill.
Clicking my spurs into my horse's worn sides he bucks, lets out a naugh and scurries forward towards the trusty river where camp is already set up. The smoldering fire has little life left in it like a baby sheep in the jaws of a wolf. I dismount my steed, tie him up and roll a cigarette. "Tommorow sounds like a good day to call someone's bluff" I say outloud to the only friend I have yet to deceive. He is busy eating oats on the ground and fails to respond, "yeah, you might be right."
Little did the stranger know that I was lying. I am what many call a "coward." 9 men, i've shot in the back. I perfer the title, "sly." The first was an accident and I found that i enjoyed the feeling of the kill. My brother would have been 35 today. What better time to celebrate my brother's birthday than with my tenth murder. They call me Jack The Coward. I call myself Sly McMurphy. I turn my horse to the east as the stranger's hat disappears over the hill. Cut across the slope and around to the back where I see a faint flicker of a campfire slowly dying as I imagine tonight's victim will after I leave him bleeding in the cool, dark summer night.
The sun is running for its life like it too is afraid of the dark as the last bursts of orange leave the horizon. I watch my world turn to the dancing flicker of the newly stoked fire and rummage around the camp looking for a pot to cook my last can
s of beans in. "Looks like this could be my last meal," I joke with my horse who again ignores me. I hear a low clink as my boots find the pot before my eyes do. I curse myself for my laziness, pick up the dirty kettle and bring it to the water's edge. A few dips in the river and it is good enough.. As the beans positioned on the fire start to warm up, they start to explode in tiny jubilees of liberation. I undo my gun belt, take out the six shooter and pull back the hammer. Pulling out the chamber from the body, I spin it and stare into the fire through all six empty holes.
I tug my horse to a stop and softly drop to the ground like the first snowflake of winter. With my hand on my pistol, as not to make a sound, I make my way towards the flicker of light. It disappears for a moment and the silloette of my victim appears before me and faint beams of light make their way around him, giving him an angelic presense. My mind wanders and I lose my footing sending bits of rock rolling down the hill towards my ride home. The horse lets out a grunt, but nothing that should draw attention to me. I sit there for a moment hidden behind dip in the ground, giving myself a moment to collect my thoughts. Who is this man? The angelic image hanging in my memory, I start to second guess my decision. I convince myself that it was just the flickering flame of the campfire and nothing else. There is nothing special about this man. Nothing to worry about. He's just a loner without a purpose. No one will miss him. Again, with my hand on my pistol, this time ready for a quick
draw, I crouch down and slowly make my way out of hiding and down to the river bank where I will wait for the right moment.
With a belly full of dinner and the glowing logs quick
ly becoming my best friend I slip down from my seat and pull off my hat. The moon appears to be on a string at curtain call as it pops into the sky and takes its position. I reach into my hat and pull out a small tattered piece of news print and a photograph. The moonlight and the dancing flames make the photo look like it is bleeding red and stirs up unforgettable memories of the day she no longer existed which sends a single tear bolting down my cheek. I take a deep breath, put the photo back and regain the little life I have before my weighted stomach tell my eyelids to follow its lead and close down for the night.

I place all this in the bread maker and stop the machine when it has finished beating - about 1/2 to 1 hour.
But you can
kneed by hand for 8-10 min before moulding into rolls.
1 T yeast
4 1/2 c flour (I use half w/m half plain)
2 T sugar
1 1/2 t salt
1 egg (can
use egg like made from different starches)
1 c milk (I use soy)
1/2 c water
1/4 c butter (can use 1/4 c oil)
If using breadmaker place on top of flours and turn on. Once beaten turn off and cut into 8-16 pieces depending how small or large you wish your rolls to be. Rise 25min or till double. Bake at 180C for 15-20 min or till golden.
Saute 1/2 c diced raw onion
1 c breadcrumbs/corncrumbs
1 c cooked brown rice
2/3 c ground walnuts
1/2 c finely diced celery
1/2 c quick oats
1 t parsley flakes/1 T fresh parsley (opt)
1/4 c raw cashews
1/4 c soy sauce
1/2 c med tofu
1 T flour
1/2 t salt
1/4 c water as needed
Mix all together
Use jar ring to shape burgers
Shallow fry both sides till golden
